Agalinis Bee List Database

Bee pollinators for 14 species of Agalinis. Bee specimens for this study were identified by either Dr. John Neff of the Central Texas Melittological Institute of Austin, TX or by Gregg Dieringer depending on the taxon. Parentheses signify different study populations as indicated in the locality table (Agalinis study localities Tab). W = worker, Q = queen; I = inverted foraging, U = upright foraging, V = anther vibration, S = anther scraping, P = perforating corolla base, R = robs nectar from slits at base of corolla. Data presented range from 1892 to present depending on published studies or our own studies (G. Dieringer and L. Cabrera R.)
