Mapping of regions that are systematically under-replicated in metaphase and telophase, S. cerevisiae (2017-10-06)

We establish that subtelomeric regions together with some other functional elements like transposons are consistently under-replicated in metaphase and with lower extent in late anaphase, suggesting and ongoing DNA replication between metaphase and telophase.
