资源简介:
Dataset 3A: It is the dataset of soil organic carbon stocks of the total soil profile and assessed to the depths from 10 to 60 cm. Soil samples were collected from 12 sampling plots based the combination of two contrasting bedrocks (limestone vs. acid rock) and two precipitation levels (wet vs. dry), having 3 replicates for each combination.
Dataset 3B: It is the dataset of the distributions of fraction weight, SOC contents and N contents of different-sized soil aggregates. Soil samples were collected from 12 sampling plots based on two precipitation levels (wet and dry sites) and two contrasting bedrocks (limestone and acid igneous rocks). The dataset are used to investigate how lithology and precipitation affect aggregate size and the distribution of fraction weight and C, N contents through different aggregate fractions.
Dataset 3C: It is the dataset of SOC mineralization rate for a 76-day incubation of intact versus crushed aggregates (large and small macroaggregates). SOC mineralization were measured in the days of 1, 2, 6, 9, 13, 20, 28, 48 and 76. Soil samples were collected from 12 sampling plots based on two precipitation levels (wet and dry sites) and two contrasting bedrocks (limestone and acid igneous rocks). The dataset are used to investigate how lithology, precipitation and aggregate destruction affect SOC mineralization.
