Brisbane City Council has identified several different landscape character precincts and a range of street tree species suitable for planting across the city. These tree species are known to be: good performers in the street environment low maintenance climate resilient. This dataset contains the tree species by landscape character precinct. The Street tree species selection guide can help explain how to select suitable tree species using this data and the precincts available in the Brisbane City Council dataset called Street — Tree — Landscape character precincts. This dataset shows tree species and attributes that can be used to select the right tree for planting in each landscape character precinct. All numerical values are measured in metres.
