These data sets are correspond to fluorescent and absorbance data of different Saccharomyces cerevisiae modified strains growing on Maltose, Galactose and a mixture of both. Enzymes Mal12p and Gal10p tagged with mCherry and GFP respectively in order to measure their fluorescence levels.<br><br>These data sets were produced by Professor Peter Swain and Lucia Bandeira at the Swain Lab at the University of Edinburgh. <br>
