SLaP mapper analysis of Blastocrithidia nonstop

SLaP mapper (http://www.stevekellylab.com/software/slap) analysis of identified trans-splicing and polyadenylation sites in Blastocrithidia nonstop genome, using regular transcriptome library and 3'-enriched RNA library. Also, the analyses made in the same method with a regular transcriptome library are provided for Novymonas esmeraldas and Blechomonas ayalai as a reference.
