资源简介:
To investigate the mechanism of resistance to azole antifungals in the dermatophyte Microsporum canis, we performed transcriptome analysis of the itraconazole-resistant strain DTMU25-001. strain DTMU25-001 was cultured with or without itraconazole, respectively, and RNA was extracted. The whole-RNA sequencing (PacBio Revio) and data analysis of 2 samples were performed by Bioengineering Lab. Co., Ltd. (Kanagawa, Japan). The total number of bases sequenced for both samples was approximately 7,500 Mb and the number of paired reads was approximately 2,400, respectively. After annotation based on this data, a mapping process was performed based on Microsporum canis CBS 113480 (assembly ASM15114v1), which is registered in GenBank, and approximately 98% identity was confirmed with both RNA sequences.
