SC-beta cells were infected with CVB and collected over a time course. Overall design: Cells were infected with virus at a multiplicity of infection of 10 (or were mock-infected) and collected at 24, 48, and 72 hours for total RNA. RNA-Seq libraries were prepared using SMART-Seq. Pooled libraries were sequenced for 2 x 75 cycles to obtain paired end reads using a NextSeq 500 (Illumina).
