Anti-tumor effect of targeting EPC in Head and neck cancer

Tumor-induced EPCs were contributed to weaken anti-tumor response through the interaction between spleen and tumor. Hence, it seemed a good strategy to targeting EPCs in vivo. To gain a mechanistic understanding of the alteration upon treatment, tumors treated with anti-CD71 were collected to perform RNA-seq. SCC7 tumor-bearing mice were treated with anti-CD71 on day 6 and day 9 and tumors of control group and anti-CD71 treatment group were harvested on day 10 to perform RNA-seq.
