Harmful algal bloom species determined by Imaging FlowCytobot (IFCB) in Galveston Bay from 2015-04-01 to 2022-09-30

This dataset contains harmful algal bloom species determined by Imaging FlowCytobot (IFCB) in Galveston Bay, Texas from 2015-04-01 to 2022-09-30. This data was collected as part of a daily monitoring program to monitor for harmful algal bloom species in Galveston Bay. One sample per day was collected and a 5 ml was analyzed using imaging FlowCytobot (IFCB). Samples were obtained from one location (29.312782, -94.817517). List data was collected as part of a daily monitoring program to monitor for harmful algal bloom species in Galveston Bay. We collect one sample a day and we do on run of 5 mL on the Imaging FlowCytobot.
