Urban Soil Quality Database (BDSolU)

The BRGM has set up a database of analyses of French urban soils in order to facilitate and optimise the management of (potentially) polluted sites and soils. Launched in 2010, the main objective of this project is to establish benchmarks for the usual levels of the main mineral and organic substances in urban soils. It is based on the collection and banking, at national level, of the analyses available on urban soils through the BDSolU database (Urban Soil Analysis Database). This approach should make it possible to exploit existing and newly acquired data and process them according to homogeneous protocols. Analyses are collected as part of projects led by the BRGM or by stakeholders in soil remediation, including local authorities. See https://www.bdsolu.fr/
