法定报告传染病数据库

法定报告传染病数据库是中国疾病预防控制中心维护的传染病监测数据库，收集了自2004年网络直报以来的全部法定报告传染病数据。数据库包含分地区、年龄组、性别、职业和病种等多维度的发病人数、发病率、死亡人数和死亡率等信息。该数据库记录了中国传染病监测系统的发展历程，从1950年建立初期的15种报告病种发展到目前41种法定报告传染病。The Notifiable Infectious Disease Database is an infectious disease surveillance database maintained by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC). It collects all notifiable infectious disease data since the launch of online direct reporting in 2004. The database contains multi-dimensional epidemiological information, including the number of incident cases, incidence rate, number of deaths and mortality rate, categorized by region, age group, gender, occupation and disease type. This database documents the development trajectory of China's infectious disease surveillance system, which has grown from 15 reportable diseases at its initial establishment in 1950 to 41 currently legally notifiable infectious diseases.
