Different land use patterns are the main factors affecting soil microecological balance and ecosystem function. However, we still lack understanding of the changes of soil organic matter components and bacterial communities under the influence of human intervention and their internal relationships. We collected soil samples from both natural use (wasteland, shrub) and human intervention (rotation and continuous cropping) at 32 years of long-term positioning monitoring sites, and studied the changes of organic matter structure and microbial community in soil (rotation and continuous cropping) under human intervention.
