Transcriptome data of Litopenaeus vannamei under low salt stress

This data set contains the transcriptome data of Litopenaeus vannamei under different salt concentrations. The main purpose of this study is to explore the gene expression changes of Litopenaeus vannamei under chronic low salt stress, so as to identify genes and signal pathways related to low salt stress response. The experimental settings include low salt group, medium salt group and control group. The samples were treated for 45 days to reveal the influence of long-term low salt conditions on transcription group.
