· Groups: 4 infarction, 4 sham surgery
· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at day 7 post-infarction or sham surgery. Heart and mediastinal fluid was collected. Results were analyzed via flow cytometry examining for Venus reporter expression
