Transcriptomic analysis of resistance and short-term induction response to pyrethroids, in Anopheles coluzzii legs

We performed a transcriptomic study in a major malaria mosquito vector, Anopheles coluzzii. This study aims to identify genes with An. coluzzii leg-specific expression, as well as genes expressed in An. coluzzii legs that are associated with insecticide resistance and pyrethroid detection.
