Value Chain Analysis of Orange-Fleshed Sweet Potato (OFSP) in Gairo District, Tanzania

This dataset supports the findings of the study titled "Value Chain Analysis of Orange-Fleshed Sweet Potato (OFSP) in Gairo District, Tanzania," submitted to Cogent Food & Agriculture. The dataset includes anonymized processed survey data collected from 116 smallholder farmers in Gairo District, Tanzania, Social Network Analysis (SNA) adjacency matrices analysed using UCINET, degree and betweenness centrality outputs, and generated figures including the OFSP value chain actor linkage network. Data were anonymized in compliance with ethical approval granted by the Sokoline University of Agriculture Ethical Committee (Ref. No: SUA/ADM/R.1/8/1537). No personally identifiable information is included.
