Cisplatin- and carboplatin-resistant high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) cells were generated and new lines were created from single cell clones. All cells were derived from a common ancestral line, Ovcar4. RNA sequencing was performed to examine transcriptional changes related to acquisition of platinum resistance. RNA sequencing on HGSC cell lines OVCAR4, Ov4Cis and Ov4Carbo as well as two cell lines derived from single cell Ov4Carbo clones (Ov4Carbo4 and Ov4Carbo7). The cells were cultured in vitro and three biological replicates were performed per cell line.
