This dataset is developed to evaluate tool learning paradigms in knowledge-based question answering, and it has been rewritten with ChatGPT to improve its applicability. The dataset encompasses tools from various domains, designed to assess a model's capability to select relevant tools, especially in scenarios involving previously unseen tools. It contains 1,836 tools with descriptive information, among which 999 seen tools are included in the training set, while 837 unseen tools make up the test set. The task falls under the category of knowledge-based question answering.
