Genome-wide association study and transcriptome analysis discover novel genes for bacterial leaf streak resistance in rice

Using 15 resistant materials and 15 susceptible materials, PBS was inoculated as the control group, and Xoc was inoculated as the experimental group. After 12 h of inoculation, RNA-Seq was performed and high-quality differential expression profiles were obtained.
