This dataset contains numerical source data and representative microscopy images associated with the published article (DOI: 10.14336/AD.2025.1442). Source data underlie Figures 1–5. Representative images include a raw Epac1-camps cAMP imaging file (Figure 1A), raw Fluo-4 calcium imaging files (Supplementary Figure S1), and confocal/STED immunofluorescence images of D1 and β-adrenoceptors (Supplementary Figure S2). Full raw microscopy datasets are preserved at LN-MCP, University of Ljubljana, and available upon reasonable request.
