Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Haute-Vienna rivers meeting good agricultural and environmental conditions (GAEC)

Article D615-46 of the Maritime Rural and Fisheries Code requires, at the edge of watercourses where agricultural land is located within 5 metres, the presence of a perennial buffer strip of a minimum width of 5 metres. The rivers along which the buffer strip is mandatory are defined by GAEC (good agricultural and environmental conditions) of 24 April 2015. The Order of 24 April 2015 on the rules of good agricultural and environmental condition (GAEC) classifies the departments into 4 groups according to the type of river chosen as GAEC. BCAE watercourse mapping can be consulted directly on Telepac. Each operator must ensure that the buffer strips are correctly located on their parcels during the Teledeclaration of the PAC file.
