PDA_Pediatric_Survey_CN_EN_Dataset_2025

This study addresses the core problem of children\u2019s medical toys\u2014fear reduction\u2014perceived design affordance (PDA) and proposes a closed evidentiary loop from interpretable design variables to generative optimization. We construct a 9-dimension, 5-level controllable semantic space (Color, Material, Humanization, Environmental Interaction, Structure, Function-orientation, Sound, Scale, Customization) with five core medical elements (humanoid agent, operating table, desk module, CT unit, function keys) to generate 45 scenes. Additionally, this dataset includes the questionnaire used in the research process, and main-sample results(triangulation across child, parent, and observer).
