MCMC Samples for channel quantification and logistic regression described in "Connecting the dots between mechanosensitive channel abundance, osmotic shock, and survival at single-cell resolution."

This data set contains all samples obtained through Markov chain Monte Carlo for estimation of the fluorescence calibration factor, the average cell area, and the most-likely channel copy number for a series of cells.
