A shiny application to visualize the evolution of thermal comfort of dairy cows

A shiny interface has been developped to assist in the visualization and comparison of maps of the annual number of days that dairy cows are in qualified no-stress, mild stress, moderate stress, severe stress and emergengy conditions. A first tab informs about the climatic data and the calculations made. A second tab allows the user to navigate through the data by choosing a simulation exercise, a THI calculation, a thermal comfort class and one of the following displays : 1) the comparison of three RCP with the same time horizon or 2) the comparison of four time horizons with the same RCP.
