Enterobacter cloacae CMCC(B)45301 Genome sequencing and assembly

Enterobacter cloacae CMCC(B)45301 was isolated in China and initially identified as an E. cloacae strain. This organism is collected in China national center for medical culture collections (CMCC). As known, the re-classification of some Enterobacter cloacae complex strains has been performed as the growing use of whole-genome sequencing. Here, we conducted the sequencing of the whole genome of Enterobacter cloacae CMCC(B)45301 and obtained the complete sequences for its chromosome and plasmid, which can be a useful resource for the precise typing of this strain.
