Are changes occurring in microbial community diversity exposed to the different substrates within SIR measurements?

This study explores the effect of substrate availability by which factors soil microbial community regulate it, and bacterial and fungal taxonomical composition with respect to carbon substrate respiration activities. Regulatory strengths of soil organic and substrate availability composition on soil microbial e.g. bacteria and fungi taxonomical diversity was determined. Basal respiration, substrate utilization, microbial and fungal taxonomical composition and diversity had been found to gradually change in response to substrate composition.
