scRNAseq of Pediatric and Adult CXCR5+ CD4 T cells and B cells (HA+ and HA-) from unstimulated and flu-stimulated tonsil organoids with Tfh reconstitution or Tfh depletion.

Processed single-cell RNA-seq data of the sorted CXCR5+ CD4 T cell compartment and CD19+ B cells (HA+ and HA-) from flu-stimulated (LAIV, H1N1) and unstimulated organoids (day 7) from 4 pediatric and 4 adult donors. Organoids were generated with or without Tfh on day 0. Data uploaded here include a gene expression object (rds, including cell-surface protein analysis) and matched TCR data for adults and pediatric donors on day 7. TCR data from ex vivo T cells is also included for clonal tracking analysis of newly generated Tfh.
