资源简介:
This dataset corresponds to high-pressure Bragg Coherent Diffraction Imaging (BCDI) measurements performed on a platinum nanoparticle introduced in a diamond anvil cell (DAC5) during ESRF experiment HC-5272. The sample consisted of Pt nanoparticles supported on yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) substrates and compressed in water as the pressure-transmitting medium. Diffraction patterns were collected at the (1-1-1) Bragg reflection using 33.170 keV X-rays in transmission geometry through the diamond anvils at beamline ID27. Each 3D dataset was acquired by rocking the DAC over 1.0° with 201 steps of 0.005° and 1 s exposure per frame, resulting in a total acquisition time of about 200 s. The dataset covers the complete pressure cycle up to 6.7 GPa, with multiple scans capturing the evolution of strain and defects. It provides a basis for reconstructing the 3D displacement field and defect structure under high pressure and for correlating reciprocal-space signatures with real-space defect dynamics.
