Sequencing of flag leaf clip in OsYTH10-OE transgenic rice

This dataset contains CLIP-seq (Crosslinking and Immunoprecipitation Sequencing) data from transgenic rice (Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica cv. Nipponbare) overexpressing the OsYTH10 gene, along with its wild-type control. The study aims to investigate the genome-wide RNA-protein interaction profiles and potential regulatory roles of the OsYTH10 protein, a member of the YTH domain-containing family involved in RNA metabolism. Data includes raw sequencing files and processed files from comparative analysis of RNA binding patterns between overexpression lines and wild-type plants.
