Expression data from human-derived oligodendrocytes, astrocytes and fibroblasts

Oligodendrocytes have recently been implicated in the pathophysiology of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Here we differentiated fibroblasts into induced neural progenitors and subsequently into oligodendrocytes and astrocytes.
