Differences in heart gene expression between aging and young mice

The study of gene expression in aging heart is necessary for the study of heart disease. We raised old mice and young mice to detect gene expression differences in the heart by RNA-seq. Overall design: Mice in the model group were fed in SPF environment until 12 months of age, and mice in the control group were fed until 8 weeks of age. Total heart RNA was extracted and RNA-seq was detected.
