Pseudopestalotiopsis camelliae-sinensis is a pathogen that causes tea gray blight on tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Tea plant have been widely grown in Guizhou province, hina and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces or cities in China. An environmentally friendly antibiotic Shenqinmycin (phenazine-1-carboxylic acid, PCA) can control Ps. camelliae-sinensis and tea gray blight in the field, but the action mechanism is not understood throughly. This RNA-seq data may give us the full picture of the action mechanism of PCA against Ps. camelliae-sinensis.
