Impacts of exposure to UV radiation and an agricultural pollutant on morphology and behaviour of tadpoles (Limnodynastes tasmaniensis)

This project contains the data and code for Orford et al. 2023 'Impacts of exposure to UV radiation and an agricultural pollutant on morphology and behaviour of tadpoles (Limnodynastes tasmaniensis)'. More specifically, behaviour in conspecific cue and simulated predator strike assays, morphological traits, and survival.

The data was collected by Jack T. Orford and Jake M. Martin, and R script written by Jack T. Orford, with help from Jake M. Martin and Lesley A. Alton

There are separate data frames for some of the above-mentioned traits, behaviour and morphology (orford-behaviour-morphology-data.csv) and survival data (orford-survival-data.csv).
