资源简介:
We reared Palaemon serratus shrimp produced by 8 different females from the embryonic and larval stages of development through to the first 14 days of juvenile life. At each stage, groups were incubated under different conditions, i.e. 12 and 18°C during embryonic development, groups of 50 larvae at 16 and 18°C during larval development with 3 different prey concentrations (2, 4 or 10 Artemia nauplii/mL) and 18 and 24°C during juvenile development. We weighed and measured the total lipid content of hatching larvae ("Hatching.csv"). For each group of larvae, we monitored developmental pathways, metamorphosis rate and average developmental time ("Metamorphosis_data_per_vessel.csv"). We weighed each juvenile at metamorphosis ("Metamorphosis_data_per_larvae.csv"). For each group of juveniles, we monitored survival and growth after 14 days ("Juvenile_data_per_juvenile.csv" and "Juvenile_data_per_condition.csv").
