云上贵州数据流通交易监管平台针对交易主体、交易产品、交易行为，从监管维度，构建了从数据源、数据管理、监管规则库、监管场景到预警处置、监管视图及监管大屏的数据流通交易的监管闭环。对交易前、交易中、交易后交易主体和交易产品是否存在风险进行监管。实现整个交易流程存在问题进行早发现早处置，避免事后监管的滞后行为发生。Guizhou Cloud Data Circulation and Trading Supervision Platform, targeting trading subjects, trading products and trading behaviors from a regulatory perspective, has established a closed-loop supervision system for data circulation and trading covering data sources, data management, supervision rule bases, supervision scenarios, early warning and disposal, supervision views and supervision dashboards. It carries out risk supervision over trading subjects and trading products before, during and after transactions, enabling early detection and timely resolution of issues throughout the entire trading process, thereby avoiding the lag associated with ex post facto supervision.
