Data files used for all code presented in the extraChIPs publication

These are the data files referred to in the code during preparation of the extraChIPs primary publication. All files are expected to be extracted into a directory called 'data' in the working directory. Doing so will enable running of all code within the paper ensuring complete reproducibility of figures and results. Data was produced using the code at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10047980 and the required files placed in the above directories.
