Dataset_myArticle_Exploring ethnomathematical and mathematical connections in the crops of farmers in Indonesia, Mexico and Colombia: Findings to contribute to Mathematics Education

This dataset comprises qualitative and quantitative data collected through semi-structured interviews, field observations, and participatory documentation conducted with local farmers in three countries. The data include information related to measurement systems, estimation strategies, proportional reasoning, and contextualized mathematical practices embedded in agricultural activities. The purpose of this dataset is to identify and analyze ethnomathematical elements that reveal how mathematical thinking is expressed and institutionalized in farming traditions, thereby providing insights for culturally responsive mathematics.
