Raw data for the article ''Radiation modification of Ni nanotubes by electrons"

The raw data were processed using Bruker’s official software tools “BACKGROUND” and “STRIP Kα2.” We attached analytical report, along with the original RAW files and the processed files after applying the BACKGROUND and STRIP Kα2 tools. These materials clearly demonstrate the direct relationship between the raw numerical arrays and the data used to construct the graphs in Figure 4. All data are provided for independent verification. We provide a simple and mathematically rigorous test for identity, which consists of normalizing one XRD file against another. If there were any identical segments between the files—of any length, including the entire scanning range—the resulting graph would contain horizontal line segments in the matching intervals. The absence of such segments clearly indicates no identity. Figure 2 in the analytical report confirms that none of the files compared are identical in any section. The report includes all relevant graphs and data to allow independent verification.
