The dataset, named VISION V1, is one of the largest and most diverse manufacturing datasets in terms of both the number of images and the number of available annotations. It includes 14 types of objects and covers 44 defect types. Among these defect types, 84% have an area proportion of less than 0.3%, while 38% of the defect types have a pixel area smaller than 900. This is a large-scale dataset, and its task type is few-shot segmentation.
