Commensal yeast cell surface polysaccharide activities unleashed upon removal of b-1,3-glucans restrain inflammatory disorders

To characterize the effect of MGCP in dendritic cell phenotypic changes, we performed gene expression RNAseq analysis from CD8a-CD11b+ dendritic cells that stimulated with mock or MGCP in vitro. Total RNA was extracted from FACs sorted splenic CD8a-CD11b+ dendritic cells stimulated with mock or MGCP.
