Database_Xpert_MTB_XDR_vs_Deeplex_Myc_TB

This dataset contains the results of a validation study comparing the performance of the Xpert MTB/XDR assay with the Deeplex Myc-TB targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS) assay, phenotypic drug susceptibility testing (pDST), and whole-genome sequencing (WGS) for the detection of drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The dataset includes processed mutation data, interpreted results, and comparisons between methodologies used to resolve discordant cases.

The raw sequencing data (FASTQ files) will be deposited in NCBI SRA/ENA, and the accession number will be provided upon publication.
