Microbial Diversity and Organoleptic Properties in Traditionally Fermented Pineapple Beverage Ameliorated with Blueberry or Pomegranate

Metagenomics provides a means for studying microbial communities on their own turf. Complex ecological interactions. Further study reveals it can be used as healthy fermented juice, which in turn increases the good gut microbiota and aids in good digestion.
