The maps were derived from extensive review of existing maps and through field studies, use of recent (1:8000) and historic air photos and satelite images, existing contour 10m, 5m and 1m contour data from digital terrain modelling. Data aligned with the 1:25000 scale mapping in the hinterland areas (5-10 m contours) and 1:15000 scale in the coastal areas (1m contour). Custodian Organisation: City of Gold Coast.
