scRNAseq data set of fresh human pancreas autopsies, CD31+CD45- cells and negative fraction Overall design: We employed protocols for procuring human deceased donor pancreas with subsequent rapid islet isolation and endothelial cell purification with minimal delay or culturing in order to acquire high-yield and high-quality ISECs and ASECs. Islet and acinar portions were isolated from three donors who spanned a range of ages and body mass index.
