State Secrets Cases

This is a database of United States court cases involving the state secrets doctrine. It is a modification and expansion of the State Secrets Archive, produced by the Center of National Security and the Law at the Georgetown University Law Center (http://apps.law.georgetown.edu/state-secrets-archive/). I conducted additional research to fix errors, update cases, add new ones, and eliminate duplicates from the original data set to make it usable in statistical analysis.
