ISIMIP data at different warming levels for all WILIAM regions

Here we prepare various ISIMIP variables, such as surface temperatues, crop yields or labor productivity losses, for the IAM WILIAM. The values are calculated at warming levels compared to preindustrial times and for all WILIAM regions. By giving the 5th, 50th and 95th precentiles the complete span of the model ensemble is provided. A detailed description can be found in the NEVERMORE deliverable 3.3.
