Bayes.nex.con.tree - Consensus tree according to MrBayes Backbone.treefile - Backbone ML tree Constrained_with_SH.treefile - Constrained ML tree with 64+6 sequences, support values are BackboneML/ConstrainedML/SH-aLRT Alignment64.fasta and Alignment70.fasta are two alignment files used for backbone tree reconstruction and constrained tree reconstruction respectively Bayesian tree is reconstructed from Alignment64.fasta AUtest.trees - 5 trees, used to verify topology of backbone ML tree by AU test. Consensus tree is the last one in the file. AUtestresults.iqtree - output file containing AU test results.
