expam v1.1.1 Source Code (stable)

This version of the source code is a modification of the code in v1.0.4 used to benchmark expam. Modifications were made to the command line interface (CLI) and involved bug fixes that would mean databases the public expam database can be downloaded onto different machines and will still be compatible. The v1.0.4 source code will raise in error when using a database that was built on a different machine. No changes were made to the underlying algorithm modules - all changes were only to the CLI.
