Single-cell RNA-sequence of basophils during second Nippostrongylus brasiliensis (Nb) infection

To explore gene expression profiles of basophils during the second Nb infection, basophils were isolated from the bone marrow, spleen and skin inoculation site and subjected to scRNA-seq analysis Overall design: C57BL/6J WT mice were infected twice with Nb. Basophils isolated from the bone marrow, spleen, and the skin inoculation site were subjected to scRNA-seq analysis.
